• Shortcuts Ctrl+C, Ctrl+V, Ctrl+X and DEL are supported. You can copy font file/folder from Explorer or "Browse" tab/bar, then paste in "Font Sets" tab/bar to add font records or create a new set. Or, you can copy file records from set, and paste them to Explorer or "Browse" tab/bar to make a backup of those fonts in a new location. Cut/Paste is supported within the sets to help you move font records freely between sets.
• New/Open/Save operations are available for set management database file(s), so you are able to work in different place with the same font sets.
• Each font set has a "default font path", that is set to the folder of fonts when the font set is empty. The set path can be altered as font files moved around to another place, so as to avoid adding them once more.

MAPublisher quickly and easily styles points, lines, areas and text. Specify rules in MAP Stylesheets to apply preset or custom symbols, graphic styles and character styles to artwork based on exisiting map attributes.

MAP Location

The MAPublisher Location Tool displays the coordinates of the mouse cursor on the selected map layer in current Map Units and in Degrees. It also enables the X and Y position of the cursor in the current map units (WX and WY) to be copied to the clipboard.

MAP Attributes

The attribute table holds map attribute information your vector line, area or point data. Add and remove columns, edit schemas, join tables and apply expressions to customize map attributes.

Labelling

Create labels for map objects using values from the MAP Attributes panel. MAPublisher provides two methods of adding labels to your map: Feature Text Label labels specified layers automatically; and MAP Tagger Tool applies labels individually. Achieve advanced labelling with MAPublisher® LabelPro™. More rules, styles and sophisticated labelling engine results in more efficient and better placed labels.

MAP Selection filters

MAPublisher Selection Filters allow you to build, edit and apply multiple selection criteria based on the attributes and properties contained in MAP Layers. Selection criteria are created in an expression builder and can be applied to any MAP layer, and can be saved so they can be edited or applied later.

Register Imagery

Register images accurately to your vector data. MAPublisher determines the parameters of the raster image and the coordinate system of a selected MAP Layer in the registration process.

Grids and Graticules

MAPublisher contains tools to easily create map grids and map indexes. Grids can be created for reference purposes, or to follow designated lines such as latitude and longitude, and can also be labelled for indexing. When a labelled grid has been established, MAPublisher is able to generate index files, containing the location of text objects in MAP Layers.

Measurement Tool

Measure straight distances (between two points), path distances (multiple points) and the perimeter and area of closed paths—in page or map unit (real world distances). Measuring path can be converted to a line or area.

Map Elements

Easily add customizable map elements such as scale bars, north arrows and map legends. Choose from preset designs or edit an existing one.

MAP GPS

The MAP GPS tool allows for the collection, display and styling of raw GPS data directly in Adobe Illustrator. Connect to many NMEA compliant GPS devices, collect data points and then use the information to apply it to maps. The data can be reprojected, styled, and scaled automatically when it is received.

Easily manage license options including commercial,academic, multi-user and floating. Empower multiple users on a network with cost effective network or floating licenses.
